WHAT WE DO

The GEW Program is present in over 193 countries around the world. Our role in these countries is to promote opportunities for individuals of both genders to have access to beneficial and productive employment, in an environment where freedom, equity, security, and dignity are considered essential conditions. The program provides access to over 133 million job vacancies worldwide to unemployed and underemployed individuals, where experience is not a requirement.
